WHAT IS 14k GOLD FILLED
14k Gold Filled is an alternative to the having the authentic solid gold or what we call the real deal! There is a layer of genuine 14k gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure. This is literally the best and at the top of the list when it comes to gold plating because it contains such a substantial amount of gold and has more value. 14k gold filled does not tarnish, chip, nor will it flake off like gold plating does. As long as you care for your jewelry it can last a very long time.

Most of the pieces usually take 7-14 business days to produce (not including weekends).

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped you will receive an tracking number to track your beautiful piece on its way to you.
Although naturally your piece will arrive on time, it is not uncommon to have delays in delivery of your package. 832 (8THIRTYTWO) custom jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery, customs delays, extra charges or any other issues once we have shipped your order.
Stamping | Custom Orders
All of our pieces are carefully stamped and no two pieces are stamped the same. Our intentions are to make sure that EACH piece is ONE of a kind! Custom orders are our signature pieces and we strive to make them the best for our customers. We offer a variety of different fonts and jewelry designs, fees may vary depending on what fits your personal style.
Broken Chains
Our chains are dainty, but strong. If you so happen to have a broken chain, we will gladly replace the chain:
0 -4 Months of order :
It's on us! We'll fix your chain for free! And also send you a return label.
4 - 12 Months of order :
We'll fix it for you, you would just need to provide a fee to cover half the cost of the chain.
12 + Months of order :
We will gladly fix the chain for you. You will provide a fee to cover the full cost of a new chain.

Here at 832 we want you to LOVE your piece since each one is one of a kind. So with that being said, all sales are final.
