It's Friday....which means for me I'm cleaning. But I had to come and let you all know to stay encouraged.....
This is the perfect time to refine the skills you have or learn new ones. Believe it or not distraction will come...it call life, or in this case corona virus..but you still must remain disciplined. Direct your focus on things of priority, set a schedule and stick to it. Accomplish goals that are more so personal that social...I hope you catch the drift... work on you whole heartedly. Self Care for the soul shouldn't happen because you"re forced to it should happen because you love you. Shine from within.
One of my personal goals is to be organized beyond organized. I'm talking about Youtube mom organized...I need to know where everything is to the last rubber band or bead for my daughters hair organized...OCD organized. I know that when I accomplish this goal I will reach a new level and actually be able to take on the other challenging goals I've set as well. Truth is, if I don't hold myself accountable to apply organizational skills that I've learned along the way I only have myself to blame. The point is each goal accomplished leads you to accomplish another one...just like generational curses...one generation breaks a curse and the next, and the next....so on and so on...
